Human resource manager
For our Zeebrugge site, we are looking for a Human Resource Manager who will lead and coach the local HR Team in the Zeebrugge Plant! Tropicana Brands Group Zeebrugge guarantees sustainable growth and challenging future prospects. We specialize in filling fruit drinks based on fresh fruit juice. What you (and your team) will do
- You execute key HR initiatives that support the broader vision and culture.
- You take a leading role in the transition to the new business structure and other Change Management initiatives.
- You take on a position of trust, both towards management and our employees.
- You support management in all operational and strategic HR aspects.
- You implement the global TBG processes and policies in your local perimeter: Performance Management, Reward Management, Talent Management, …
- You ensure compliance with HR policies and programs, develop new policies and procedures, and you align local legal and regulatory requirements with corporate ambitions and policies.
- You are responsible for talent acquisition from A to Z and the coordination of the Inhouse interim activities.
- You ensure effective payroll activities and administration for timely and accurate salary, benefits payments, and reporting of key HR data.
- You coordinate talent management activities: training, onboarding, performance review, …
- You coach your 3 local HR team members.
- You are an active member of the Zeebrugge Plant Management Team, and the European and Global HR Team, contributing to cross-border initiatives.
- You maintain a positive collaboration with the trade unions and represent the employer in the works council.
What we expect from you
- You have a master's degree with a solid experience in HR and a good knowledge of both soft and hardHR activities.
- You have a thorough knowledge of Belgian labour law.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
- You have proven leadership and people and change management skills.
- You have great communication skills.
